| My name is Tim Westphal and I am the President of Lakeside Investigations, LLC. I am a 18 year veteran police officer. Throughout my career I have obtained specialized training in Interviewing and interrogation, Undercover surveillance, Accident investigation, and photography, Crime scene processing and photography (Advanced Evidence Technician), Motor carrier enforcement, Speed measurement enforcement, Police motor operator, and Auto theft investigation just to name a few. I am an instructor in Emergency vehicle operations as well as Speed measurement (Laser & Radar). Throughout my career I have provided court room testimony on simple cases involving driving on a suspended license to more serious cases involving armed robberies to homicide. I have a Bachelors degree in Automotive and Heavy Equipment Management with a minor in Automotive Service. I am State of Michigan certified as a Licensed Private Investigator, Police Officer, Fire Fighter 1 & 2, and E.M.T (Basic Emergency Medical Technician). Finally I am a member of the Michigan Council of Private Investigators, National Council of Investigation & Security Services, United States Association of Professional Investigators, National Association of Investigative Specialists, Fraternal Order of Police, and Police Officers Association of Michigan. I am also a moderator for the Michigan Process Servers Yahoo Group and owner/ moderator for Private Investigator Yahoo Group. |
